Comment: Horrible location and really crappy to get to, even worse with a tri-axle DD. We go to both locations. The first one you reverse in their yard where they'll tip you as soon as you arrive. We have to handball the pallets to the lip, which can be a real pain as the pallets are roughly 1500KGs each.
The other site just down the road is a little more traditional in layout. The guy on the gatehouse is a typical DEI hire, and when he can be bothered to look up from his phone talks to you in the 3rd person. Once done he'll then go back to his phone.
Loading was quick, but the fork lift driver just disappeared after loading, clearly forgetting that paperwork needs to be exchanged.
The yard was reasonably clean and tidy, but there were bits of broken pallets laying around complete with nails poking out!
