Big sprawling site that's easy to get to, and navigate once there. Depending on the direction of the wind, and whether there's a full-moon expected you either go to the transport office or go out and try to track down one of the many tug drivers to find out what bay you should go on. They seem to change site policies every other week, but neglect to tell you, then moan at you because you didn't know about the change.

The tug drivers are hit and miss. There's three or four per shift and there's usually one of them who is even remotely helpful. On many occasions they'll just be sat around with nothing to do but as soon as they see you coming through the gates they all scarper, rather than actually assist you.

Once on your bay you may have to give your keys over, but quite often they'll forget to come out to you. You used to be able to use their canteen, and buy dairy products at ridiculously low prices, but that all stopped due to an XPO driver nicking stuff(!). Now there's no usage of the canteen, nor cheap food. So for now just sit in your cab.

There is a drivers room in the Dispatch office, which is comfortable with a water fountain and a fresh coffee machine, which you can use. The staff here are usually very good, friendly but professional.

While I was there they had a site policy stating you need to wear your seat belt while driving around their yard (at 10MPH) which was completely ridiculous, but this is typical with all of their other policies where it seems someone has to keep making them otherwise they'll be made redundant.
