Easy site to get to once you've beaten you way through the crap London traffic. Tug driver will give you a bay to get onto, and if he's not available then go see the guys in the Transport office. They're a decent bunch of guys, and will usually treat you with respect. You may need to set your trailer height (see tug driver for help) and you need to do this before bumping the bay. Hand your keys in then return to your cab and put your feet up.

There's no access to the canteen, and the toilets are a five minute walk back towards the entrance. These are usually very clean and brightly lit so no excuses for missing the bowl.

Once you get a green light it's best to wait another five minutes before going back to the office to collect your keys and paperwork.
