Comment: We pick up from here after hours so never anyone around, nor can we use any of the facilities. On one or two occasions there has been someone around, but they will not help you load, it's all on the driver.
The bays are easy to get onto, as is getting into the building as long as you know the code. There's electric pallet trucks which have always been fully charged. The yard is nice and big, bigger than you would expect for a small place like this, so plenty of options if you need a break before setting off.
One point of note is that there's a gym on the end of the site and some of their patrons will park and block the service road which means you will need to go to the gym and ask them to find the owner of the car.
