Arrive and press the corresponding button on the gate depending where you want to go - this is my review on chilled. Drive down the side of the building, into the yard and park up on the right. Pop into the drivers side of the transport office and get a bay. There's only one double-deck bay which means you could be waiting a while.
The yard is small but there's still plenty of room to spin around and manoeuvrer onto your bay. Once done give your keys in at the transport office, and either return to your cab, or stay in the drivers lounge. There's a water fountain here but nothing else. Toilet is back outside through the next door along.
The warehouse staff are usually pretty good, and you'll soon be on your way. Usually. Sometimes though they'll make a complete balls-up which usually ends up with your trailer being completely emptied again so they can make good their mistake. I've been there 10-15 times, and this has happened twice.
