Why a review site?
We created this site after witnessing many poor reviews for products and services were being taken down, or
the person leaving the poor review had been shadow banned because the company behind the product had
paid for the review to be supressed, and only glowing (ie. fake) reviews were being shown instead.
There are companies around that will monitor review sites for anything negative against their clients who
then pay to have them removed on their behalf.
We promise to never suppress or delete a review held on our servers regardless of how much hassle
we get because of it. To help with this promise we have removed the ability to edit a review once it
has been saved. However we reserve the right to edit your review if there's too much profanity.
How we work out the scores for each depot.
No over complicated algorithm here, just plain simple maths. Each catagory can get a score of between
0 and 10 which is then multiplied by a different amount depending on what we deem to be more important
to us drivers. For example: The attitude of their staff is slightly less important than the facilities
available to us (in our opinion); meaning we don't care if their transport manager doesn't smile while
we're there, just so long as we can get a mug of freshly made coffee for free!
Each category is then added together to give us our final score, then that score is averaged out over
all accumulated scores for that business.
